Amanda is a graduate of the Mississippi Realtor Institute, a licensed broker, and co-owner of Amory Realty. She is a lifelong resident of Monroe County, where she and her husband Mark live. They have two children, Chandler and Hagen.
Amanda has earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Mississippi State University.
Amanda is here to help you with your real estate needs. As a member of the Northeast Mississippi Board of Realtors, the Golden Triangle Area Realtors, the Mississippi Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, she enjoys building relationships with her clients through helping them buy and sell their properties. Amanda leans on her integrity and real estate knowledge to guide her clients through each step of the process.

Mark is a graduate of the Mississippi Realtor Institute, co-owner of Amory Realty, and member of the Northeast Mississippi Board of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He has been a resident of Amory for over 28 years. He is a 1988 graduate of Mississippi State University with a BBA degree and worked in the manufacturing business before becoming a licensed REALTOR® with Amory Realty since 2008. He and his wife Amanda have two children, Chandler and Hagen.
As a seasoned REALTOR® and insurance agent, Mark is dedicated to serving his clients professionally with a personal touch. He loves working with homeowners to sell their properties and homebuyers to find a place to call home.

Amanda graduated with two bachelor degrees in Marketing and Real Estate from Mississippi State University. She is also a licensed broker and has experience selling real estate in the Oxford and New Albany areas before returning home to Monroe County.
Amanda is married to Daniel Eddings and they have two beautiful children, Landon and Layla.
They have lived in Amory for eight years and are looking forward to spending many happy years in Monroe County.
Amanda is excited to help you find that same joy when finding a home or relocating to the surrounding areas. She would also love to list your home to sell it quickly with as little hassle on you as possible.

Stacy is a graduate of the Mississippi Realtor Institute and is excited about serving her community in the field of real estate. As a lifelong resident of Monroe County and an insurance agent for fourteen years, Stacy offers well-rounded knowledge of home ownership to her clients. A member of Northeast Mississippi Board of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Stacy has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve the best outcome in every transaction. She finished 2019 as Top 10 in sales for the NEMSBR.
Stacy is a graduate of Amory High School and earned her BA in Education from the University of Mississippi. She worked as an educator for twelve years and is an active member of First Baptist Church. Stacy has three grown children: Rob and his wife Caitlin and Wesley and his wife Caroline of Oxford, MS, and Addie of Nashville, TN.

I am so proud to be back home in Monroe County. Before a military move took me out of state, I was a Realtor here for many years, even owning my own real estate company. Growing up in Monroe county provided me with friendships and memories that just can’t be beaten, and I am so excited to be back here. I enjoy matching homes with their new buyers and seeing what those new homeowners do to make it their very own. Finding buyers exactly what they asked for and helping sellers be able to move to their next dream is the fun part of what I do. New construction is also a love of mine. My dad and brother were, and my brother continues to be, in the construction business so I guess you can say it is in my blood. The grands know Nonna always has a project, and they love to help. I have kids and grandkids here both in Amory and Monroe County schools, and I am an active member in First Baptist Church. I am so looking forward to helping many people in Monroe county and all across North Mississippi realize their new dreams!

Jake is a life long resident of Monroe county, where he and his wife Georgi live. He is a graduate of Amory High School and a graduate of Itawamba Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Jake has been in the field of sales since an early age and is looking forward to providing his experience and knowledge to the real estate community.
